Bluejack use Fed X but you will need a copy of the FFLs license.

Who's telling you that it's not okay?

Dealer to dealer can ship using USPS (handguns)
Normally you need to send the handgun overnight (2nd day air will work too)
    Fedex or UPS

ship it they wont know. My local USPS told me the same thing then I called the ATF. They said I could so I shiped it in the mail. My local lady knew I was a gun guy but she didnt ask what was in the box. If she had I'd of said gun parts which is sorta true. Call your local BATF they will tell you what to do

And what do you put down for the description when filling out the form for insurance ?

And what do you think will happen when TRY to COLLECT on that insurance ?

Odds are it will get there but it isn't work the risk for me.

Depending on what your local FFL charges it may or may not be cheaper for them to ship it for you.
