Your question prusumes the successful invention of such a machine. Many hypothetical legal questions involve bizzare, humourous, or even immpossible fact scenarios.

You missed the issue so you get a D- based upon modern academic standards.

The meaning of life is, you are a tadpole. you are in this environment in your tadpole form until you grow and become stronger, at which time you will transform into another form, (a frog)and exist in another enviromnet. The week and unsuitable will be culled while still in tadpole form and never become frogs. Tadpoles cannot experience dry land while in tadpole form, but frogs can return to the pond.
Actually I wouldn't get bored. Wormholes are a fascinating subject. As for the tadpole/frog analogy - One always needs to learn from experiences and grow in life everyday. some don't learn from their experiences and never grow in life into a better, stronger person.

No way proffessor. THe issue is whether or not I can aquire a stake in the pattent, whether or not I can persue the patent on hehalf of your Company, or the inventor, and to whom the patent rights belong. None of these were seriously addressed, but all were identified. As for a perpetual motion machine being a scientific impossibility, science changes all the time. I would not advise any law students to refuse to adress issues presented in a hypothetical because the hypothetical is based on a faulty factual premise.

Anymore yap out of you and your grade will be an F.

How is money in my pocket a waste? They would have wasted my time with their BS invention.

You all get an F because you all failed to show your work, properly footnote, and stay within the margins!
