My unit arrived today. Very heavy duty scope case.
Scope itself is just short of great. Real pleased.

The Orion 80 is a first generation scope. The Orion 80 uses three stacked tubes (cascaded). Looks a bit bulky but still considering for a FAL scope for SHTF "pest" control.

ok mine it arrived friday via fed ex,
large heavy box, everything is in the box except the manual, wish i had a original manual, the condition is excellent almost new even the case is in good shape, I will power it up last night to see how it works

I did a little research on these last night AR-15.com has a great section on NVD's this unit is in the gen 1 class, but is better than the starlight PVS -2 so its really a Gen 1.5 not quite gen 2

this unit is very little/lighter compared to my PVS 4, plus its a zeiss

I powered it up last night, I was impressed but is not good up close. from what I read on other sites the top mark on the recticle is the 100 meter aim point for the G-3 308 the other are for the MG3 and panzerfaust.

their is someone who has scanned the manual on another site once it comes our I will post it here for all

How do you mount these on other guns than HKs? I would like it on an ar10 for hogs.
