Look if you are saying your group can take out Abrams tanks and attack helicopters I have to say sorry I am not buying it. Maybe 1 tank, or one helicopter, but not multiples.
As for the physical shape of yourself and those in your group I would say with 100% certainty that you are the exception not the rule.
I for damn sure don't want a collapse, whether economic, societal, or governmental. I see the visions that people have of what will occur if a collapse happens, and their belief that they will be prepared for anything that will come their way, and I believe that those ideas are completely delusional if a complete collapse occurs. Look at the mayhem that occurs during the aftermath of a hurricane, or a blackout, or any other disaster and multiply that by a billion and that is total collapse.
I am as ready as I can be, but I have no illusions about being able to hold out against multiple attackers repeatedly attacking me forever, or against superior technology or armaments. Frankly, I prep for more realistic scenarios like I have stated in other topics, like my wife's breats cancer, or a storm that may shut everything down for days or weeks. It doesn't meant that I am incapable of holding off looters for a while, but not indefinitely.
Honestly, spending thousands or millions of dollars on multiple bug out locations, bunkers, millions of rounds of ammunition, food for 5 or 10 years, and so on makes no sense for me at all. I would not tell anyone else how to spend their time or money, or how to prep, I am just talking about how I see things for me and my situation.
