10 years ago when I was warning people about 'confiscation through disqualification' certain people looked at me like I had 3 eyes.

    The time has come.

This is why we have several multiples of firearms stashed and cached offsite for retrieval later if the stormtroopers steal any you may have at home at the time. Never keep all your eggs in one basket - have many baskets in many places.

yeah now a simple bar fight or any act of violence will land you a 'confiscation through disqualification' ticket.. also they are trying to nab all the pot smokers as well..in states where it is legal.. B2B

A felony conviction or restraining order is flagged as a “disqualifying event” in California’s database, but it isn’t sufficient evidence to obtain a search warrant, says John Marsh, a supervising agent who coordinates the seizures. So the agents—there are 33 statewide—often must talk their way into a residence to look for weapons. “We’re not contacting anybody who can legally own a gun,” says Marsh, who never knows what to expect when he approaches someone’s door. “I got called the antichrist the other day. Every conspiracy theory you’ve heard of, take that times 10
any one can get a restraing order on some one with out a court aperance WTF

you date a crazy chick an she starts making accusations on the first date an your screwed with no conviction wow .

I would not let them in with out a warrant . an then id try to at least sell or move them .

the truth is some of these people should not have guns its tough situation. If your in a court room an found mentally ill you should not be releases until the home is deemed safe an gun free. Im more pissed they well were letting you go we know yiur nuts but were not checking what your going back to . hope the severed headin the fridge is not rotten.

In some states you will be disqualifed for a restrainging order even if it was never proseuceted, and the case dismissed....Doc
