    Yea I agree with tesla. That man was way ahead of his time .

    a lot of inventors have been screwd over by big companys. GE screwed a lot of guys .

    Im not so convinced on the airplane thing.

    Take a look into Hiram Maxim. He invented the Maxim machine gun which the Vickers and most WWI machine guns were based off of. He also invented a number of light bulb designs and the overhead sprinkler system widely in use today among other things.

    He flew an airplane about 10 years before the Wright brothers first flight.

    Clement Ader flew first in 1890, but his attempt was much less successful than Maxim's.

    Either way, the Wright brothers were almost 20 years behind in all truth.

    Tesla was the man, a freaking genius. A little insane, but still a genius.

    When he died the FBI confiscated all his notebooks.

    A lot of things got invented more than once, sometimes by decades, sometimes by centuries. But the Wrights got the credit, not because they were first, but because they were able to do it more than once; on demand for observers, photographers, and investors... and they were able to make more of their "aero-planes", which also flew, and sell them to customers. Which is why all modern aircraft are descendants of the Wright Flyer instead of Lilienthal or any of the others.
