Default ATF Raids So Cal Store for customer list

The ATF raided Ares Armor here recently, for customer lists of those that had purchased 80% lowers from them, and for their stock of the polymer 80% lowers. Ares got a restraining order to prevent the ATF from confiscating their merchandise while a decision was made on whether the currently legal polymer 80% lowers are 80%, or actual firearms. ATF disregarded and went into the store with guns drawn and took everything.

I know Dimitrios and a lot of the crew that work in their stores, the owner was a Marine from Pendleton. They are not crooked, or doing anything illegal that I know of. The ATF is out of control, going for customer lists. Unbelievable!

I know Dimitrios and crew as well from when I was on the left coast. This is all jacked up. I am on there mail list and they have been updating on the situation like crazy. From when the city tried to get them to take down the sign over their store to this. It's definitely a witch hunt. Those are law abiding stand up guys and ,not to mention, veterans. So I guess guys selling legal firearms and parts is more illegal and dangerous than giving them to drug cartels in Mexico huh?

the communist are probably going to push to make 80% a legal firearm requiring a FFL and so on.

pretty much know it was coming in the 2nd tour of the great one.

i think it is the first step in banning ALL semi-autos. the socialist/communist will probably claim next --"there too easy to make a automatic out of a 80% a 60% a 20% a raw forging-- wood, plastic--" lets just ban everything so they can't make anything--naughty"

they when they prevent the making or sale of new arms they go after the ones that have been around for years in YOUR safe.

sort of like turning up the heat on a live frog in a frying pan-- the heat comes up slow so he don't jump out--

Yeah, the Feral Government always wanted to gather lists of gunowners and especially lists of gunowners of particular types of firearms. This is likely just the beginning of a trend and of course the courts will fall in line and do as they are ordered by their masters. First go after parts and then expand out from there once they get away with that. Kits? Yes, most definitely kits (AK, FAL, etc.) will be of interest. I think I have more burial vaults handy so I may have to take a trip in my friends old pickup truck for a few days.

if you bought an 80% anything and think they don't know it you going to be in for a shock one day.

the thing is the ainti-gun anti 2nd anti constitutional government is looking for a legal reason they can seize ALL semi autos.

they see the 80% as a loophole they can use to set things in motion.

their thinking is if you don't want the government to KNOW about you firearms you MUST BE DOING SOMETHING ILLEGAL or PLANNING something ILLEGAL!

so were entering the time where people can be arrested for things they have not done yet or things they MIGHT be thinking? sounds like NAZI GERMANY to me--

Yep, exactly like the mid 1930's in Germany. Well you might hurt yourself or someone else, so for "safety" we need to take these weapons away from the public. Sorry, but I don't think so pal.

HMMMMMM he was ready to give up the recivers because they were made in two pieces ber a previous agreement ??????? but he was fighting the release of the list ???? if the recviers are in fact illeagle then any one who got them got a illeagle gun .

This guns drawn BS is out of line what reason was there for this ?

this whole easy to build plastic receiver thing is going to end up bitting builders in the ass . to many videos an Utube crap of guys making a receiver way to easy in very short time for this to go unnoticed. Its legal for now but I think things will be changing fast .

it why I get pissed when guys start calling AK shells 805 this or that .

when guys are selling thousands an thousands of easy to fiinish AR blanks of course the LEO,s an ARF are going to look for a way to stop it . The simply don't want millions of unregistered guns hitting the streets . IMO the internet has hurt this hobby more than its helped .

this whole look Mom I can build a Unregistered AR in 30 minutes with nothing really special stuff is going to hurt every one .

what exactly made there version Illeagle ????

IMO not really good idea selling a 80% version of a gun in a state that has outlawed the gun if completed It sort of pisses people off there IMO .
