    guess i gotta be the lone ranger...

    im a sling off and still ready to use.

    its not gonna help you if its slung over your back,

    i prefer it pointed in the "direction of my affection"

    There is no right or wrong position on this issue, just preferences and a poll.

    BTW,...are you using a standard Com-Block style AK sling, or do you prefer something more... tactical AND practical (for quick attachment)?



    (We all are aware of the fact that to install an Original AK sling, it take longer than would be acceptable when your need is ...NOW!)

    plain, standard ak slings for me.

    AA no sweat i didnt take it as anything other than just casual BS conversation....

    to be honest, i dont even have any slings for my ak's,stens,soumi or any other semi gun except my ppsh 41. just never got any with them.

    but i do have plenty of those oiler cans.... lmao different thread.

    Really depends on what and where. Very few of my guns are racked with the slings on them unless they are in rotation for a live fire. Then its nice to have.

    Sling on and adjusted! It's easier to pack around the farm that way.

    Sling on!! I tend to be a bit wobbly and the sling really helps my accuracy when standing!


    BTW, where can I find correct slings for Romy G's and 5.56 Yugo's?
