I chose SKS because it is relatively cheap to shoot and it has the power for hunting and self defense.

In that kind of situation, I have to go with one of my Tokarev, TT-33 pistols. Easy Concealment would be paramount. HARD hitting power is next. Enough power to stop a large in shape person.

I think this is why infantry carries something like a TT-33, P38, CZ or, 1911. These can drop your enemy when your primary weapon fails. Semi Auto pistol.

You can carry a lot of ammo.

    Easy to conceal.

Out of those, I would pick the SKS or the shotgun. I voted for the SKS.

I chose a TT33 pistol. If they get in close enough, I will cap them with that and take their weapon.

SKS, becase it offers an adequate round for protection, is rugged, and has a 15 round semiauto capacity.

I guess that I am confused; I voted the SKS, a fine durable rifle , but all of mine only have a 10 round box ... beside one that was converted pre 86. My next choice would have been a ruger in a .22 (wish that they still made the 10/22 magnum, even if it was to rich for my blood in both ammo and cost of the rifle... so I opted for a mini 14).
