Ruger 10/22 with several bricks of ammo. Great for hunting small game or even a Deer in a survival situation. For self protection, 40 grains of lead in the head would do the trick!

    Default 22

I went with the 10/22 only because you could only have one rifle, with C/B ammo you have a quite weapon, with CCI Mini Mag's, dog size game can be taken. A large cash of ammo is easly stored and carried. If you have to live off the land, there's more small game it shoot than large. More people have been killed with 9mm & 22's than any other guns in peace time.

SKS and 500 rounds would do me fine.

I'd take the SKS. Since my weapon of choice is the AK, it's probably a good idea to have another gun available in the same caliber in case I need to get to it.

Had to go with the 870 due to ammo options available. Rugged build, good for close-in if equiped or out to 100 yds with the right slug.
