    what are you useing for the color. powder coat, paint, something else??

    A hard chromed milled rifle with a black finish would be pretty cool, shoot corrosive and never worry about rust.

    Chromed against flat black furniture would work for me.

    Now i'll have to gold plate mine, thanks!! duct tape is pretty chrome colored (thats what i used) You have to show us a picture when its done!!

    Engine enamel paint. Strip the weapon. Shake and bake at 350 degs.
    Puts a decent coating on for protection from the weather.
    Future owners of the weapon, when I croak, can do what they want with it.
