    Anyone looked at theses? looks like it could be a off shoot of a zb-30? sounds like by gas location and bolt lock up... any one know?
    CFS has'em for$799 ......peeks the curiosity also do they come with cut reciever? it appears to be milled

    I think it's a beltfed Bren variant. The Vz26/29/37 series were predecessors of the Brno-Enfield MkI & II & the Vz39 was the direct parent of the MkI. The Uk 50 & Vz59 are developments beyond the Bren, going from magazine feed to belt feed.

    I would think that since there are approved Bren designs out there, the approvals would apply, or at least pave the way for a semi version of the Vz 59.

    It looks real interesting, it depends on how bad the reveiver is torched if it is rebuildable or not.
