    I have one of those guns. I thought it was rough before reblueing. My buddy is a fulltime gunsmith, and anything that has very much pitting on it is just blast and blue. Sanding is murder; however, sometimes he takes the barrel off and puts it in a lathe, then uses emery cloth on it. Congradulations, you have already gotten farther than I thought you would.
