Default pics of the new mill

here is a couple pics of my new mill. I compleatly rebuilt the head, replaceing all the bearings in it and the bearings in the motor. it holds an EXCELANT center line, side cuts are smooth as glass!
No it is not new but the torrerances are as good as new or better because I decided to go with class 7 bearings in the spindle.
note the V.F.D. on the wall, this is the best method by far to get 3 PH from single PH. OH boy let the fun start now !!

    Thumbs up

Man! I wish I had a Bridgeport to play with. Good call on the bearing choice. Now you need a DRO.

I like it. Now I wish I had the space to get one too. Let the chips fly.

Nice mill. I wish I had a larger set up like that. My friend chews my butt when I look at the Grizzly machines as well as the KBC Tools line. He tells me those are not up to par, whatever that means.
