    Thumbs up 7.62x54 surplus ammo

You guys see the great prices for surplus 7.62x54r Silver Tip ammo at copes distributing? I think it is cheap chipping also.

I love that place 880 rounds of ammo for like 159.98 and with flat rate shipping you can get it to your door for 169.93. What a great deal!

Still a great price with flat rate shipping! It cost more if I get it at home and pay sales tax.

    Thanks coils

I have only one 7.62 x54r rifle I will have to think whether the purchase is justifiable as I got alot of it already. I missed the rusty can deal

    Your welcome
If you got what you feel is plenty of ammo already, wait and see if they get anymore "rusty can" stuff, I bet they got a big stack(s) of this ammo and sort out the rusty stuff as they go through the stack.
(Know I'm going to guess at this part)
You have to remember this ammo comes in in the wood crates that holds two tins, they don't ship it in the crates, so they don't know what is rusty until it's opened up.

I've got a good stack, but since I'm considering converting my 1919A4 to this caliber it wouldn't hurt to build the pile a bit higher.

    did someone say rusty ammo?
Not sure when that deal will happen again... could happen ... may not happen too.
For the time being though.... that is a really good price for what is available...
