    Default HK-91, G-3, CETME Side Folder ???

Does any mfg make a side folder stock for the the HK-91, G-3, or CETME that duplicates the FAL Para or Galil type and made of steel ??? Am I asking for too much here ??? Please no plastic.

Yes, I've checked the usual suspects to no avail.
    Thankyou,

AFAIK, you have the Choate and the Ace made for the G3 and that's about it. You could probably start out with the Ace receiver cap and attach a different stock to the folder hinge to fab up your own steel stock.

I second the Kernel, that ACE idea looks good, it gives me an evil idea but im not telling anyone right now.

    Interesting idea Kernelkrink !
If the Ace hinge mechanism is steel then it is a possible. If not then I'll look for a Galil or FN para folder to adapt.
    Thanks,

Both the Choate and Ace attachment and hinges are steel.

The Choate stock is made of a near-indestructible polymer, though.

I have always wanted the para FAL look for my H&K ( I even have the african FAL style humped fixed stock now) so I like the ACE option, it just never reached high enough on my want/need list to spend the cash for it. The collapsible stock is just too uncomfortable in my opinion and it just doesn't look as good.

Here's the best pick I have of my Ace right now:

Thanks. I have pics of the rifle with the stock folded, but the Gunsnet gallery is not working correctly.

    Try this:
