Guy on a forum here in Indy has a AIA M1 carbine for $650.00 only 100 rnds thru it.
Is it worth the money? I've always wanted one. He said the parts are interchangable with others. Need to know quick!! Thanks...Bill

Auto ordinace M-1 are not to the same standard as a WW2 M-1 carbine there were a few articles on them when they first came out. I would offer under $600.00 yes I think some parts will interchange
that also goes for plainfield, Howa M-1 carbines some times its best to save a few extra bucks and get a real shooter

note real carbines even shooters arr around and over 1K these days

I know-thats why I asked here first. He's got the bayonet, carry bag, and IBM and Winchester mags too. I do know some of those mags go for 30-50 bucks. I'll make an offer and let you know how it goes.

If you don't mind-how much. The list I saw on their site was pretty slim.

I do believe that Inter Ordanance carbines are made by kahr arms?Or are in partners with them?
Anyways,my last job I worked at was a casting foundry that made runs of the Inter Ordanance carbine recievers and various parts for them.

And if I remember correctly the recievers weren't true to the millitary drawings, but a damn good representitive and that the millitary parts did fit.
I would have to confirm that the next time I get a chance to stop by the old job as I still am friendly with them

$600 with the goodies sound like a good price.I think they were fetching $800 new, just for the rifle itself.
Keep the change-I just want my Country back!!!
