Id like to get a normal pistol that shoots 7.62x25. I like to practice more with pistol but it cost so damm much. the x25 round would be good practice. I wish i had bough a CZ 52 when they were cheap.
There's No Problem An AK Can't Solve
I've been spending a great deal of time lately reading up on shotgun sabots for my Saiga.
If these sabots are like the shotgun sabots, you need to be sure they have a nice tight fit against the bullets, otherwise the bullets will slip and not get spun up enough. That's what makes them tumble. You might be able to *roll* the bullets across a coarse file just enough to ever-so-slightly score the jacket so that they have better traction against the sabots.
I would also think that you'll only be able to shoot so many at a time to ensure the barrel cools enough to prevent the sabots from melting. Assuming they are plastic. If they are carbon then they would probably be OK.
Wow I just looked at the prices on Gunbroker - I remember just recently all the CZ-52 prices were hovering around the $120 range. Why are they so darned expensive all of a sudden?
