    Default ppsh converters, magwell question.

Using the 43 magwell for an AK conversion.
What did you do (besides making a new magwell) to remove the magwell from the ppsh43 frame?
    Cut it?
    Break the spot welds?
    Thanks

im guessing you are doing a x25 conversion? eh?

you need to look at AZHONKEY's conversions... he has this done her on the site somewhere. and he is very friendly for questions.

if he is not here he is at: akfiles

there are I think 3 spotwelds on each side, it is relatively easy to separate. Once you grind the welds, it just peels off.

What he said, grind or drill the spot welds enough to break it loose.
