WHEN I WAS A KID I FOOLISHLY HEATED UP SOME SULFER SCREWING AROUND AND IT KNOCKED THE WIND RIGHT OUT OF ME. I THOUGHT I WAS GOING TO DIE. I HAVE NO DESIRE TO EVER GET THAT NEAR MY LUNGS AGAIN.

IS IT POSSABLE THAT IT COOLED DIFFERANTLY AS YOU POURED IT??

I don't think so. The very first cast I tried just turned to a solid almost as I poured it in the barrel. That's when I thought that I would try warming the barrel as per the instructions. So, I melted the first casting down, warmed the barrel, and poured. It just sat there as a shiny molten liquid... so I did some other things and came back 30 minutes later and knocked them out. I did not get to see them set up.
