    Well kind of an ak/sks bastard child that tried to grow up to be an m14 and never got there... I kind of like it.. loose the bayonet and add a flash hider...

    There are still 8mm barrels floating around and it isn't TOO hard a build to do a longer setup even with a non-PSL style bolt and carrier. It just takes some more work. I have resisted building an 8mm because I'm saving all my 8mm for my MG42 clone, and I don't want to reload yet another caliber

    Hmm... Yugo-styled trunnion, but no center rivet! Looks like a spot weld on each side. Nice crisp edges around the bulge and the bottom corners of the receiver; if it weren't for the obvious rivets, I'd say it was milled. Heck, it even uses a pin for the selector stop like a milled receiver.

    I wouldn't kick one out of my gun safe...

    I am pretty sure that there is at least one rivet, The bottom one may be a pin where the trigger group/ mag release clips in. but a little up and to the aft there is another. It is on both sides and seems to be in the correct position.

    The only thing that has kept me frm a M76 is alot of the "real" good suplus 8mm ammo has dried up

    J&G has the M75 sniper ammo but it is expensive as hell.
