If you have a lathe and mill, or a lathe and milling attachment, you can make your own. There are several articles out there on making multiple-flute and single-flute reamers.
deth502 made one and did a writeup on it somewhere. And a guy named zebdeming documented his on garagegunsmithing.com.

At work we have tool and die shop I need to walk over there and get a demo.

I guess a guy would need a rougher and a finish reamer. ouch
Thanks for the heads-up on these blanks, these are really good prices! A good way to make some cheap AK builds... .40/10mm, .45, 9mm, nice stuff! May have to put these on my Christmas list!
