Default Manual of Cartridge Conversions Back In Print!

New volume (4th edition) is paperback only... can't seem to find this edition in hardback. I have the previous edition (3rd edition) in hardback which is no longer in print (and sells for crazy prices).

The Handloader's Manual of Cartridge Conversions (Revised Edition): John J. Donnelly, Judy Donnelly: 9781616082383: Amazon.com: Books

The best part - it is only $18.95!!!

This is *THE* manual if you are interested in wildcatting, converting "donor" cartridges for antique loads, and general cartridge design. The new edition is well worth every penny.

I've got a really old cartridge conversion manual by George Nonte. Interesting stuff, but many of the donor cases used in his are even harder to find these days!

Just for giggles looked it up on amazon... perhaps I should sell my copy!

Me too! But $350.00 is just a bit steep for my meeger finances.
Maybe I could trade a parts kit?? Heh...Heh

I have the 3rd edition hardcover also. Does the new edition have enough new material to be a must have??

well it LOOKS pretty close to the original. There isn't any sort of "what's new" section so I think I'll sit down with a cup of coffee and go through the index of both volumes. I suspect there's probably a bunch of typo corrections and things like that.
