US Government Proposes Law Making It Illegal For Them to Kill You

Last Friday, US Congressman Dennis Kucinich introduced HR 6357, a bill which aims to ‘prohibit the extrajudicial killing of United States citizens’ by the federal government. In other words, in the Land of the Free, they need to pass a law to prevent the government from indiscriminately murdering its own citizens.

Now if this doesn’t give one reason to pause and consider the distortions of liberty that have taken place in western civilization, I don’t know what will. Think about it:

Does a free society send government hit men to eliminate anyone they perceive to be an enemy of the state?

Does a free society have hundreds of police agencies, each with the authority to deprive a man of his life, liberty and property in their sole discretion?

Does a free society have hundreds of thousands of laws, codes, rules, regulations, and policies which effectively criminalize nearly every aspect of one’s existence?

Does a free society lead the world in prison population?

Does a free society hunt down criminals and terrorists by treating its citizens like criminals and terrorists?

Does a free society tell its citizens what foods they are / are not allowed to consume?

Does a free society steal your money at gunpoint to buy bombs that they drop by remote control on brown people in faraway lands?

Does a free society debase its currency and plunder the purchasing power of its citizens?

Does a free society saddle unborn generations with obligations they never signed up to bear?

Does a free society award near total control of the economy, the money supply, and everything tied to it, to a tiny elite few?

Does a free society brainwash its citizens into believing that they live in a free society? (at least the Chinese know they’re not free…)

Ask yourself, are you really living in a free society? Are you free? If not, why not? What else could possibly be more important?

It takes courage to answer honestly. But once you realize the truth and begin to see the system for what it is, it can be a liberating and life-changing experience.

You’ll find that there are places where you can live free in this world. There are ways to preserve your dignity, your privacy, your livelihood. You’ll find that you can build great camaraderie and mutual trust with like-minded souls because you share the same values, not the same color passport.

My guess is that you’re reading this because you’ve already started down the road to freedom. But you might feel alone… intellectually isolated in a sea of automatons.

You’re not alone. More and more people are waking up every day and beginning to realize the incredible fraud that has been perpetrated against them. When enough of them figure it out, this system will be finished.

That’s why I fundamentally believe that today is one of the most exciting times to be alive since the French Revolution. And we’re just getting warmed up.

If you have any friends or loved ones who still exemplify that self-deluded, bombastic serf mentality, I encourage you to pass this along to them… and challenge them to answer honestly.

More to follow.

US Government Proposes Law Making It Illegal For Them to Kill You

Black Blade: Not so sure where these "free" places to live are but I would like to know. Still, it is sad that we need a law to stop the US government and its many agencies from murdering its own citizens.

Thou shalt not murder.
Thou shalt not steal.
Thou shalt not bear false witness.
Thou shalt not covet.
The government is in violation of all of the above.

The Law is already written. It is supreme.

I commend Kucinich for his effort. If it passed, I would not expect any of the bottom feeders to obey it.

What should be legal is citizens DEFENDING them selves. Here in Indiana some-anyone kicks in your door(no knock-lock pick) you can defend.
Of course I would anyway, hell, I haven't done anything.

I'll post this article here because it is used, in part, to compile the hit list.
Don't forget, there are 30,000 drones on the way along with 750,000 more rounds of ammo.
And just so you know, weather weapons DO exist.

Trapwire: Big Brother Now Monitors Your Every Move

The latest Wikileaks data-dump reveals that the government now has the ability to grab video from far-flung surveillance cameras located in stores, casinos and other businesses around the country. It uses sophisticated facial recognition software to identify people of interest captured by the ubiquitous cameras numbering in the millions.

The software, Trapwire, is a significant breakthrough for the surveillance state. It was uncovered by security researcher Justin Ferguson. He delved into the massive pile of emails hacked from Stratfor – regarded as a shadow CIA – on Christmas of 2011. In response to Ferguson’s discovery and the Trapwire revelation, Wikileaks was recently hit with a large scale distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attack.

“Trapwire would make something like disclosure of UFO contact or imminent failure of a major U.S. bank fairly boring news by comparison,” writes David Seaman.

“Every few seconds, data picked up at surveillance points in major cities and landmarks across the United States are recorded digitally on the spot, then encrypted and instantaneously delivered to a fortified central database center at an undisclosed location to be aggregated with other intelligence,” RT reported last week. “It’s part of a program called TrapWire and it’s the brainchild of the Abraxas, a Northern Virginia company staffed with elite from America’s intelligence community. The employee roster at Arbaxas reads like a who’s who of agents once with the Pentagon, CIA and other government entities according to their public LinkedIn profiles, and the corporation’s ties are assumed to go deeper than even documented.”

According to the RT report, Trapwire is now in place in major cities in the United States and abroad. It is being used by law enforcement:

The iWatch monitoring system adopted by the Los Angeles Police Department (pdf) works in conjunction with TrapWire, as does the District of Columbia and the “See Something, Say Something” program conducted by law enforcement in New York City, which had 500 surveillance cameras linked to the system in 2010. Private properties including Las Vegas, Nevada casinos have subscribed to the system. The State of Texas reportedly spent half a million dollars with an additional annual licensing fee of $150,000 to employ TrapWire, and the Pentagon and other military facilities have allegedly signed on as well.

Seaman notes how “those spooky new ‘circular’ dark globe cameras installed in your neighborhood park, town, or city” are not simply monitoring garden variety criminals and other potential malefactors as the government routinely claims, but the population at large. “They’re plugged into Trapwire and they are potentially monitoring every single person via facial recognition.”

Coupled with the NDAA and its indefinite detention provisions – the carte blanche ability of the government and military to kidnap and hold without charge or trial anybody it deems suspicious – Trapwire becomes a near perfect tool for the high-tech modern Stasi state.

“So we have a widespread network of surveillance cameras across America monitoring us and reporting suspicious activity back to a centralized analysis center, mixed in with the ability to imprison people via military force on the basis of suspicious activity alone. I don’t see how that could possibly go wrong. Nope, not at all. We all know the government, and algorithmic computer programs, never make mistakes,” Seaman sarcastically adds.

Details on Trapwire reveal that the government has possessed a high-tech surveillance grid since at least 2006. In April, former NSA employee William Binney said the agency has a dossier on virtually every American and is currently building a mega-spy center in Bluffdale, Utah, that “will contain near-bottomless databases to store all forms of communication collected by the agency, including private emails, cellphone calls, Google searches and other personal data.”

They were asking for proposals for this back in the late 1980s, before the technology was even practical. News articles about that and similar things were common when I first started reading the comp.risks newsgroup 20 years ago.

Did you know various airports and bus stations have had facial recognition setups since the 1990s? It was no secret, but nobody wanted to know. I'd tell people about things like that, and people would just give me the pitying look, like I'd just claimed to have beamed down from the mothership. Then the Patriot Act went in, and people were calling me up in a panic, asking me if I'd heard about this or that provision. Yep, told you about that five|ten|fifteen years ago; all the Patriot Act did was tie everything up with a neat little bow; there wasn't anything new other than putting it all under the same umbrella.

Game, set, match, all done years ago. Y'all stuck your heads in the sand and didn't want to hear about it until it was far too late. Now I'm the one sending the pitying looks.

There's more coming along. Oddly, people don't want to hear about that, either...

Yeah that Trapwire program is some scary sh*t!!!!! To think that when a department store security camera is watching you, somewhere in DC or Utah, or wherever, some spook is watching you too. Just waiting for you to do something wrong, or suspicious. We have truly arrived at the Police State.

I read an article today on Blacklistednews.com that said researchers have been able to use consumer type brain computer interface "helmets" (or what ever you call them, that are currently on the market for playing video games and performing tasks on your computer)to hack into your brain. Said they didn't use anything fancy to do it. Just store bought consumer model helmets, and hooked them up to a computer running a program they created that detects some kind of brain impulses. They have compiled enough data on these impulses to give them a 10-40% chance of reading your impulses. This info can give them all kinds of personal information, even up to and including your bank account PIN !!!!!!! If these guys at Cal-Tech or wherever can do it with a few bucks worth of commercially available computer geek gizmos, then I would imagine that the Government has been able to do something similar for awhile now. So basically if you're hooked up the internet playing some kind of video game with one of these brain-computer-interfaces, someone out there in cyberland can conceivably hack into your brain, and "force" (their words) your mind to divulge secrets, and you have zero clue it's even happening. You combine that with Trapwire, and wow you are seriously freaking vulnerable! Maybe it really is time to wear a tin foil hat!!!!!!!!

I've never been one of the ones with the head stuck in the sand.
I've been reading the documents and shouting this stuff for years.

We have witnessed the largest transfer of wealth in the history of the world. People are starting to wake up and pay attention because it's effecting there wallet now.

As for the mind control. Oh yes, it's very real.
The ultimate goal is to have everyones mind interlinked to an 'internet,' sort of the way your Iphone is.

The beast system is upon us.
