Default Best long term milk solution

With the pending farm bill thing, the state of the world, I was thinking of buying long term dried milk or storing some, before prices go up... Anyone ever buy those large bags of dried milk then put it into smaller bags with O2 absorbers for long term storage?

I think the best way is to get a small herd of cows. One bull and some hefers. You not only have milk, but meat as well.

Sprat usually the mason jars are sealed using the vacuum attachment for jars that is on a food saver. Also o2 absorbers could be used.
