My oldest sister almost burned her house down in Tucson using water in a 1 gallon glass jar. She put the jar of water under her carport to take along on a short car trip when we were going to go run her dog one day. Well, the sun hit the jar just right, and through the water it started a cardboard box on fire behind the jar. Fortunately, we were leaving at that time and found it quickly enough to take care of the problem.

The Jolly Roger book said something about not mixing swimming pool super shock with oil or petro.

Dunno about oil, but brake fluid and pool shock goes up in flames pretty good.
