    The Ebola Outbreak Is Spreading: Pray to God It Doesn’t Hitch A Ride To The West

    It is still limited to Africa…for now

    thedailysheeple.com / By Lizzie Bennett via the Underground Medic / March 29, 2014

    The Ebola outbreak in Guinea has reached the capital Conakry. The strain has been confirmed as Ebola Zaire, the worst of the five known strains.

    * Ebola Zaire: 80-90 % fatal.

    * Ebola Sudan: 50% fatal

    * Ebola Bundibugyo: 25% fatal

    * Ebola Cote d’Ivoire: only 2 cases recorded, both survived

    * Ebola Reston: no known human cases so far, though five people have been found with the antibodies to Reston in their system.

    The disease has travelled 526 miles from Nzerekore to Conakry since Wednesday. It is a highly infectious disease and there are fears that community spread has already occurred.

    The fatality rate in the current outbreak is 63%, this equates to 70 deaths out of 111. So concerned is the Senegal government that they have closed their borders with Guinea until further notice. Eight cases have now been isolated in the capital Conakry.

    Enforcement, NOT Amnesty!!!!!!

    "If they’re going to come here illegally, apply for & receive assistance through a corrupted Government agency encouraging this lawless behavior, work under the table & send billions of dollars each year back to their families in Mexico, while bleeding local economies dry, protest in our streets waving their Mexican flags DEMANDING rights, while I have to press ’1′ for English, then they need to be shipped back to where they came from!" -Chad Miller

    Mapping The World’s Ebola Outbreaks

    zerohedge.com / Tyler Durden / 04/05/2014 10:14 -0400

    Ebola is one of the deadliest diseases on Earth, with a fatality rate as high as 90%. It causes bleeding from the eyes, ears, mouth and rectum and a bloody full-body rash leading to a quick demise. It’s one of a handful of diseases that are so deadly that governments consider it a threat to national security. Luckily, so far the cumulative death toll from Ebola has been limited to sporadic epidemics in Africa, although that may change. Here, courtesy of Blooomberg, is a map of Ebola’s African outbreaks in recent history.

    World Health Organization Admits It’s Struggling To Contain Ebola

    thedailysheeple.com / By Lizzie Bennett via Underground Medic / April 9, 2014

    The number of deaths in the current Ebola outbreak has jumped to more than a hundred. dozens of people in west African countries are quarantined and officials are desperately trying to find close contacts of the sick in an attempt to curtail the spread.

    Governments are recommending that people no longer shake hands or have sex with anyone who is not a regular, monogamous partner. Talking to the BBC the WHO said:

    “(It’s) “one of the most challenging Ebola outbreaks we have ever dealt with” and could take another four months to contain,”

    Note: Five more deaths have occurred since this report was published.
    Every day that this disease is claiming victims is another day it has the chance to escape from Africa. I know many say that it kills too quickly for that to happen, but this is incorrect. Ebola can take between 2 and 21 days to incubate.

    Lassa Fever Case in Minnesota Shows How Easily Deadly Viruses Can Travel the Globe

    thedailysheeple.com / By Lizzie Bennett / April 9, 2014

    A traveller returning to the United States from West Africa brought home more than photographs and memories…They came back infected with Lassa fever, a virus that can be deadly if untreated. It is similar, but unrelated to Ebola.

    CDC Director Tom Frieden said in a statement released yesterday:

    “This imported case is a reminder that we are all connected by international travel. A disease anywhere can appear anywhere else in the world within hours,”
    Lassa fever is a haemorrhagic fever but can be treated with the anti-viral drug Ribavirin. Ebola has no treatment or cure.

    The man flew into New york from West Africa before flying on to Minneapolis and officials are working with airlines to identify and contact passengers and others who may have had close contact with him.

    There have only been seven cases of Lassa ever recorded in the United states, all of them in travellers returning from business or vacations. The disease is common in Africa where about 5000 cases a year out of the 100,000 plus cases reported prove fatal.

    Report: Ebola Suspected In Europe: “Broken Through All Containment Efforts”

    shtfplan.com / Mac Slavo / April 20th, 2014

    Though officials at the World Health Organization are feverishly working to stop the spread of the Ebola virus in what is now seven African nations, their efforts may be for naught. In Guinea, a hot spot for the deadly contagion, government health officials have said that the outbreak is nearly under control. Yet, Reuters reports that the government “planned to stop publicly releasing the death toll to avoid causing unnecessary panic.”

    But panic may be in order.

    Despite the best efforts of emergency health workers it appears that virus may have crossed out of Africa into Europe.

    The outbreak of Ebola Virus in seven west African countries has broken through all containment efforts and is spreading like wildfire. According to Christian Relief groups working in Guinea and Liberia, the number of confirmed infections jumped 15% in just the last 24 hours. In addition, 40 illegal alien migrant workers from the outbreak area, who came ashore in Pisa, Italy, are showing signs of Ebola infection and are being isolated in Pisa Italy because of fever and “conjunctivitis” (bloody around the eyes). According to the World Health Organization, this strain of Ebola is entirely new and although it is close to the Zaire strain, it is different, thus accounting for false-negative test results . . . . . for weeks!

    Those false-negative results meant people who were actually infected with Ebola, were returned to their families and neighborhoods to recover from what they believed was the Flu or a case of food poisoning, only to spread the Ebola further.

    EBOLA Detection Kits Deployed To National Guard Units In All 50 States

    Snippit:

    (POTR) On April 8th Congress was informed by the the Department of Defense [DoD] that because of emerging threats JBAIDS hemorrhagic fever assays have been deployed to National Guard units of all 50 States.

    “By partnering with the U.S. Army Medical Research and Materiel Command and the Food and Drug Administration, we have made accessible additional diagnostic assays for high consequence, low probability biological threat agents for use during declared public health emergencies. This collaboration has facilitated the availability of viral hemorrhagic fever diagnostic assays for use during a declared emergency and adds previously unavailable preparedness capabilities to this fielded system…

    To address the need for a near term capability to combat emerging threat materials, we have already provided Domestic Response Capability kits to the National Guard weapons of mass destruction civil support teams resident in all 50 states. These kits provide emerging threat mitigation capability that includes detection, personnel protection, and decontamination.”

    It is unclear how real or imminent the threat may be, but it is clear that a massive surge of Governmental spending and preparedness has occurred since Hemorrhagic H7N9 Bird Flu came on the scene in 2013 and those preparedness activities are accelerating as EBOLA has started to gain momentum in Africa. Black Blade: Apparently a few cases of Ebola have been detected in Europe now. Seems some African immigrants returned from Africa and had what was initually thought to be a flu bug but is Ebola. Stay tuned ...

    With it breaking out of Africa, and spreading to Italy, it will be a very short time before it's knocking on the West's doorstep.
