here are a few pics of the trunion from barstock project. Lots of machine time for a part thats available in 70% form for less than $200 but I wanted to build as much of this project as possible from scratch, common sense be damned.

I had a power surge and the mill went nuts and cut the carry handle boss off before I could respond but the second trunion I am machining is finishing up nicely

I will probably have the semi only rails available in both the JRW and US ord configurations as well as the jrw trip mechanism and striker assembly that fits in the bolt. Unsure of cost, a std NFA 60 left rail takes about 1 hour to machine , due to the raised blocking ribs both on the sde and bottom of the semi rails as well as all the cuts for the semi specific parts the left semi rail is taking about 6 hours to machine. The right rail and bottom rail are pretty much like the FA parts and are not that time consuming. Doubtful I keep any in stock.

There is a fellow that has the semi center channel available for $80 and another fellow with some nice 50% and 80% trunions for less than $200

Those parts are looking great PBB. I think we all dream a little as we watch your creations come to life. Thanks for sharing them with us!
Freedom is not free. Some will perish to preserve it for the many. Just as our Forefathers did before us, we must take up the battle and not waver. Victory is our only option.
