Also is there anything out there to beware of when buying these kits?

    Thank you guys,

    OOW has some
    ORF has some
    Sarco may have some
    Coles has some
The newest SGN has an ad for Model 1 sales, they seem to be proud of their 1919A4 kits. (ie. $2500)
I'm sure I've left out a few but that is a start.
As stated before 1919A4.com is an informative site.

Of course you'll also need semi parts for it. KMP may still sell these? ORF may still also.

    Side plates are still available

As far as the "best" goes, Not sure. OOW or Coles is where I go.

Just be sure to take a look at what all the rest of the stuff costs before making a decision. The kit is actually a small percentage of the overall cost of a well equipped 1919, then you've got to feed it.

the kit model 1 has is a australian open bolt kit, pretty rare, cant build it semi " no open bolt" i suppose you could swap internals for a closed bolt.
