    Postak Fal in local pawn shop??

    I would like to add a fal to my collection I went in a local pawn shop today and there it was, IT had on the reciever fal imbel sporter and some other numbers and such the price was 399.00 what do I need to look at to know if it is worth it???

    If the receiver is good Im willing to bet its worth alot more than that. New DSA receivers alone cost $500.

    If nothing else you could part it out and make $$ on the deal.

    I have noticed at the last 2 local gunshows there have been "new" century fals for $400-$500, didnt look closley, which receiver are they using

    I know what you meen when refering to century,been there done that(or been done LOL), I know the fal and l1a1 they were assembling a few years ago used hesse receivers, just kinda curious who's rec they were using on these current guns.

    It is at Sams pawn in Gastonia I want it but I don't really have the cash right now......

    If I were you I would find the cash. That is a great price for a FAL.
