    Default weres the cheapest complete upper

    well i recently aquired a new lower recever and i figured i should i finish it but idont want to spend too much,i need the complete upper maybe not in that form.im not looking at any kind in paticuler.thanks=Marcksman

    Im going to take a guess and say a AR-15 since this was posted in the AR-15 BIY Forum AR-15 and variants building forum

    I think only J&T Dist. offers theirs with carrier assy. for $399.

    Yeah, It's really hard to build an AR for under 600.00
    Lots of times i just wonder if it isn't just better to buy one built already and
    that way if it don't work right at least you can send it back under warranty.
    But I noticed that the parts are getting better nowadays.
    Wasn't too long ago I built an M4 with a stag lower and a complete stag upper and man it shoots as sweet as any factory AR I have ever shot.
    I got a fairly good deal at Market Hall at a gunshow in Austin for the Stag upper.
    Gave 450.00 out the door. Went home and assembled it and VOILA! AR15!!!

    You can get a really decent Rock River upper for $450 or so. Comes with a lifetime warranty, too. I got mine from a guy on Ar15.com who goes by "Legal-Transfers". He's got great feedback.

    I think CDNN has the cheapest COLT factory uppers complete small hole but with triangle handguards & tear drop forward assist at $ 369.99
