Can someone recommend a good piston conversion for AR15?

i would try the TNW possibly the non plated version for around $250ish. although i will admit that i haven't built a piston driven ar-type yet, i am considering such a device for a SBR/-xm-177 type project.

I love how everyone advertises theirs as a ground-breaking technological innovation! These guys made piston uppers way back when... possibly the first:

    Z-M Weapons Home Page

I saw recently that Para Ordnance (I think) is now marketing the Z-M system on their label. I saw that in one of the TACTICOOL mags like "Special Weapons".

Kurts Kustom made them way back when as well... unfortunately Kurt of Kurt's Kustom Firearms has passed away recently, so his EvoM4 gas piston conversion is no longer available.

    I see Bushmaster makes one:

    Bushmaster Upper Receiver Assemblies

Seems to me someone with access to a milling machine and lathe could make one up, no?

ETA I see POF-USA makes uppers but I don't see a kit on their site:
