well i finaly got it the other day!!
was futzing with it a bit-to get the feel of it
i used the lower tong off my old one i got from curtis at ak builder
had tomodify the pressure handle a bit-it wouldent clamp down all the way
i ran out of thread on the adjusting rod
so i leangthened the handle pivot brackets-the ones that come down from the handle that atatch to the body by the trigger i almost doubled the leangth
tried it a few times adjusted a few had to put washers in on the pivot pin for the upper tong block because of the looseness in the pin cocked it to one side
once i did that it was good to go!
nice and easy count to 3 release trigger let sit for count of 2 relese pressure
    perfect bb shot spotweld!!
after it cooled a bit wailed on it with a bfg it held!!
for an el cheapo spotwelder itll get the job done!!!!
i sure miss the miller thoughmostly the 300 i paid for it
