    The East German grips are on the table. redish in color, and made of plastic
    Mabe it's not EGPP. That's what I was toll when I bought the pistol about 10 years ago.

    Nice Luger!

    While I am NOT a Luger expert, I think you may have that piece priced low. I have bought and sold a few hundred Lugers, Mausers, Colts, and the like. When it came to really assessing the value, I would call in an expert. Just based on what I am seeing;
    1. Matching pistol
    2. A couple of mags
    3. Buttstock, probably NOT original
    4. Obliterated markings
    5. Some interesting markings.
    6. Assuming otherwise good to excellent overall condition

    I would personally value this pistol at $1750 Retail, which means that as a middleman I would pay no more than $1425.

    I won't bore you with all of the dirty details about getting goods like this and basically giving them away so that I can sell 3-7 other firearms + a shitpot of accessories based on referrals and direct biz.

    My bottom line is that to the right buyer, you are priced maybe $200 low. To the average knothead, you are $1250 too high.

    The message is: Find your buyer. Sell it to them. There is a lot of benefit other than the dollars.

    Just my $0.02
