The owner replied to my email and told me that his is fowarding it and I will be taken care of. Don't know all what that entails, but I'll keep you posted.
NDS requires no machine work on the the rail, just a bit of hand fitting on the scope that will be dedicated to the rifle. The Romy receivers require quite a bit of rail work, then fit the scope to the reworked rail......too much for my tastes. If you have a 30 degree carbide dovetail cutter & a good mill, it is a doable task with the correct skills. If you have a triagular file, good luck with the blisters & accuracy!
