Looks like the Cavalry Arms ones have integrated stock and grip. They have them listed at $150.

I have one of the Aramid/Carbon Fiber Uppers, I will be
using it for a dedicated .22 upper receiver build. If it
decides to break, I should survive.

    ok

    I'll fess up.

Got one 5 years plus ago. Built the rifle. Don't know of any problems with it but I don't shoot it much.

i am tinkering around with the cav-arms mk-2. i fired about 150 rounds through it so far. so it isn't exactly a torture test. no malfunctions-- so far it seems strong enough. no real problems with the assembly--even with my mis-match of lower parts and cav-arms oddball stuff. like pins that go in from the wrong side.

i think my biggest gripe about the design is the way the safety goes in. it goes in easy--but is hell if you ever have to take it apart,as the detnt and spring are in a blind hole.

and the little trap door on the but-plate is a bit flimsy.

it is comfortable to shoot --and very light. when the rest of my parts come in i am going to put the 7.62x39 heavy barreled upper on it to save a pound. steel mags drop free. p-mags want to stick a little. trigger pull is good--despite my use of some re-cycled trigger parts. i would say it is in specs for the FCG.

these things were a damn fine deal before the obama panic at around $90.

now the least expensive is about $125--which ain't bad for these days inflated prices.

i may paint it black-- if i can find the right paint.
