Postak DPMS chrome barrels any experience with them?

well it looks like nearly every barrel i have been looking at is pretty much on BO.

i could probably get a heavy middy from JSE--sometime could be weeks or a couple months-- no chrome lining and it is a heavy---

the barrel i want a LW chrome lined middy is on a long BO--like 9 months to a year.

    i have found a m-4 DPMS chrome lined 1in 9 14.5inch

anybody use this barrel? i sure it is a 4140--but with the slow twist rate and chrome lining i am thinking it should last virtually "forever" for my intended use. anybody have any user experience with the DPMS barrels???

I have a bunch of DPMS uppers. Follow the break in procedure, and you will have a sub -moa rifle. I never met one that didn't shoot strait.

i may just go ahead and order the DPMS as i think it is in stock--so far i got plenty of parts ordered for delivery in 2010-2011!

but i would like to finish a rifle --sometime THIS year!!

this damn ar/AK/ammo panic deal is rubbing me the wrong way!!!

It's pretty rediculous anymore. If it's in stock, I'd be surprised.
I bought alot from these guys when they had it.

Just like Tanvil said , follow the back in and you will be happy. I do sub groups but it is finicky on what type of ammo.

Yep, my DPMS is very accurate (heavy barrel 20" non-chrome SS) but it is finicky with ammo. Which is annoying. I have 2 more kits on order with model1sales for later this century depending on the obamalypse.
