Talking magazine glut for the ar-15/m16s

is there a magazine glut for the AR-15s?

looking over at 44mag.com and some other places i have seen some very low prices for AR-15/M16 mags. and these are the good mags not the junk import crap.

they have on SALE some D&H aluminum GI mags for $8.99

    c-products 6.5g & 6.8 mags for $11.99
    c-products 5.45x39 mags for $14

    c-products 7.62x39 30 rd for $19.99

    p-mags for $14.99

assorted types of D&H steel and C-products stainless for $9-12 depending on follower and what not.

i have used all the mags i have listed except the 5.45x39 c-product, which i think i am going to order a few-- for my 5.45 build.

what is really nice is the odd-ball 7.62/5.45/6.8/6.5 mags have come way-way down in price and are not far from regular ar-mag prices. good for us folks that are trying to get that little extra out of the AR-platform.

they have some AK-mag bodies at a good price.

now could be a good time to pick up some mags. be sure to shop around.

maybe it's a sign of something coming, they want to get rid of some of the stuff they have in bulk so they aren't sitting on them later?
Now what's the something to come? Could be something as bad as a ban or maybe new products coming out that will out sell these?

could be a sign of some sort. could be the ammo shortage is hurting mag sales. or it could be just the super tight economy.

i don't know what kind of new product would be better or cheaper for the AR--maybe some inexpensive beta-mags?--
