    Default changing calibur legalitys??????

some were I saw that some states dont allow you to switch caliburs other than what is marked on the reciver. Has anyone else heard of this and if so do you have any links. I see that most companys are marking there recivers as multipul now. Is there a legal reason for this?

Probaly the same states that require a spent case from each new gun.
