Question Anyone try this trigger job..

15 Minute Practical Trigger Job for the AR-15

I am old getting blind and cant hit a damn thing.
But this simple trigger job, pretty sure yall turned me on too it, sure smoothed out the trigger pull.
    It worked for me.
    Anyone else try it?

    yea it works.

i take the fire control group out before i do any polishing. i generally don't cut the spring less i have to.

i sometimes mix and match triggers, hammers and sears too. sometimes just swapping one hammer or trigger for another does wonders.

the AR-15/M16 can have a very good stock trigger with little effort. you don't have to buy an expensive aftermarket trigger less your wanting the 1.5lb match set-ups.

Ya, I polish mine also(And do the set screw mod to get rid of the creep). I've had mine like that for a while, and still no problems yet.

When I want to, I can squeeze off rounds pretty darn fast w/ it. I had a full 26rnd mag in my .22 w/ the polished trigger, and challenged my friend w/ his 5rnd .22 bolt action to see who can shoot the quickest. I won.....

Like I say, it really worked on mine and my Bros.
Again, only a $3 spring if someone does not like it.
First time out with the shorty the damn pull was so hard, I was hitting the guys target next too me.
Now a 4 inch group at 25 yards. Even hit the bull once.
    Next 100 yards.
7 1/2 inch barrel. 3 inch bullet. 4 1/2 inch travel down the barrel.
4 inch spread 25 yards, would be what at 100 yards?

Had too turn in my full auto when I left the Military..
    No more free ammo either.
Hmmm. Maybe I better get a 10 inch barell and get the group down too two inchs at 25 yards.
