    A commercial grade broach to finish a rough-milled AR mag well will set you back very serious cash.

    For onesies and twosies I suggest using a metal shaper machine or a beefy die filer to finish the mag well. A CNC wire EDM would also cut it for the big spenders.

    hell--where did cav-arms plastic lower machinery go?

    those wern't too bad for nylon lowers--

    if they had those machines running they could make a $1,000,000 worth a week!

    Ummm...wow... and I looked cross eyed at a dealer at the last fun show asking $200 for a stripped lower.

    NNNNA ! i think i'll bend one out of sheet-metal, make a lower for $20---LOL!
