If you've got an H buffer you could try that or add a weight to a carbine buffer. Colt made their buffer heavier for the 9mm c arbines for functionality.had one and it was fun and Uzi mags were fairly simple to modify and affordable too

Bumping this back up right now for two reasons

1- Got the upper and one of those ProMag mag wells from JSE, both look good but haven't got to try them yet. So I'll come back later to give an update.

2- If anyone is interested in those ASC mags, I did a search for reviews and found that J&G has them for $13 right now.

Sorry Coils didn't see your post. M4's came with an H stamp on the face of the buffer as one of the mods to the system. H for heavy.I put em my carbine length ar's.seems to help a little.

Or an SB15 Arm Brace and no stamp. ATF sez they are NOT a stock, so putting it against yer shoulder while firing is just a funky way of holding your handgun, not an illegal SBR.
