A federal appeals court in Denver has ruled against Wyoming in a lawsuit over a state law that seeks to allow people convicted of misdemeanor domestic violence to regain their gun rights.
Don't know about your state, but the L.O.s down here in Florida got tired of coming back to the same house 10 times on a domestic. So they come, somebody is going. Man or Woman.
Now I would never hit a woman, hell half of them in this town could kick my ass anyway. But a blanket policy on a domestic charge is wrong.
We got some darn good L.O.s in our area. The old lady got me so pissed one night I heaved a damn 5lb pot roast at her. Splash. Hits the door she calls the boys. Uh Oh.
Thank God I knew the L.O. and gave him my side of the story. He understood and left.
But damn. I could have lost all my gun rites over a lousy pot roast. Huh.
