The Philippine National Police (PNP) will establish a rewards program for persons who can pinpoint the existence of loose firearms after the end of the gun amnesty period on Oct. 31, Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) Secretary Ronaldo Puno said yesterday.
If you are talking about NFA weapons, the answer is 0. No one would dare defy the government after fighting for "freedom", where is the sense in that?
