The prosecutor in a “thrill killing” case here said Thursday more gun laws would not have saved the victim.“Absolutely not, no way,” said Stephens County District Attorney Jason Hicks, who has charged two teens with first-degree murder and a third teen with accessory to murder.“These kids are not supposed to have a .22 revolver in the first place,” he said.

it is pretty obvious that underage gang-bangers had to get the pistol illegally.

they either stole it or traded some street drug for it from somebody else who stole it.

i would give all of them a through tox screen -- no telling what kind of street smack these morons were huffing--

i wonder if there pockets were full of skittels like travon?

if their livers are ate up too?

the real failure here is the in-justice system failed to put away these punks for a slew of juvie crimes, and it ended up with a mans murder.

if there was any justice at all they would ALL hang.

hell some of them need to be hung more than once --a couple hangings for just plain stupid.
