    Default Saiga .308 with a Bayo ??

Been having fun converting a Saiga .308. Still need to do TIG work on the fwd HG retainer plate and gas block mod for the cleaning rod.

Had to try the Bayo look. That's sick !

    But is it sporting?

    Nice job!
I have a daughter. I tell her, "911 is what you dial after you're raped. 1911 is what you should have before they try."

Looks nice! I can't justify spending the coin for another .308 right now, otherwise I'd buy one. Got to handle one the other day - surprised at the thickness of the barrel! At least, it *seemed* thicker than standard.

Did you see my post on the other thread about the Saiga .30-06 having the same bolt and trunion as the .308? Oh the possibilities!
