    Default TruGlo Red dot

As We all know, good optics are very expensive, which one reason why I have way more firearms than optics to hang on them. Originally I was planning to rob an EoTech off one of my ARs to hang on the Saiga, but decided to look into something else.

Cheap optics are waste of time and money, especially on a shotgun. So I started looking to see if I could find something reasonable that would survive life on a shotty. I don't want to spend Eotech money, but wasn't going to waste my time with one of those $29 specials.

Based on Midways excellent reputation, TruGlo's life time warranty, and the published reviews, I decided to give one of these a try. The price is very reasonable and it is shotgun rated. I've used truglo products in the past (sights not optics) and found them to be a quality product.
I'll let you know my findings after I give it a good work out.

I would be interested in what you find out. I see these stacked high at a local gun shop.

I got the 2x model at Dicks last year for around $80. I mounted it on a Browning 22lr sa rifle. It is shotgun rated and holds zero so far.

O.K. I couldn't wait for the report on this sight, so I ordered one. I'll post back when I try it out.
    They shipped it very quickly.

Have been using this red dot for a few now. I have no previous experience with anything else, so I'm far from an expert. But I'd say this thing is worth the price. It's easy to adjust and very accurate. My friends also like it.
