Not sure why but I was under the impression you had to be all "licensed up" to make one.

If you can have one in your state, anyone can make one for themselves.

PS A mag lite has a different "mount" this one was easier.

Yep, fill out a Form 1, get it approved with a $200 tax stamp and you can make ANY NFA item except machine guns. Essentially the same as doing a transfer as far as the paperwork part.

I have a couple Crosman air pump & CO2 pellet carbines with suppressors that I put on them. ATF/E don't mess with air guns yet.

shhhhhhhh dont give them any idea's... LMAO they still consider "airguns" as a novelty device unless they are used in a crime.

My paperwork will be going out this week then.
When I move a project to the back burner, I realize I don't even know which one is the back burner. I also didn't know my stove had this many burners.

When I sent my paperwork in (Pre 02 days) it was exactly 8 months from sent to received. That gave my back burner a lot of time to fill up.

I have decided to jump on the suppressor bandwagon. I was gonna get a store bought one till I saw the prices. Ouch! After Pyro posted this I started researching it and I am quite impressed, much so with SD tactical's "suppressor fix". They seem to work quite well. Watch the testing at the end.
