    For Sale Labor Day Sales at APEX Gun Parts

    This afternoon I listed all the products that we have on sale this Labor Day Weekend.
    I still have a bunch of new parts/product that I will continue listing, my Graphics Artist/Advertising manager had a computer problem that rendered a few days of pictures unuseable!

    We have a lot of product waiting in the warehouse & some really good stuf arriving next week!
    Please check the APEX Gun Parts web site for the sale items & new items.

    I am glad you are pleased with the products that you have received.
    I have a lot more Lee-Enfield goods to get sorted!
    We actually talked about the VZ-58 kits today while discussing Labor Day Sales.
    There are not enough of them in the warehouse to run a sale.
    I cannot order more of those kits.

    Default Shopping Holiday for me

    Looking to do quite a bit of shopping this Labor day if the price is right. I wanted to definitely pic up a VZ.58 kit with original barrel, VZ. machined receiver, PSL parts kit with all those trimmings, and one of those HK33 kits. What else is good, towards the exotic end?

    I have the VZ58 & HK33 part sets in stock.
    You may consider the Swiss Stgw. 57::

    The Polish cut-away underfolder::

    Polish DPM with cut receiver::

    And lastly the Czech SA24 (we are just about out of them)::

    I have sold out of PSL parts kits some months ago & APEX does not sell receivers.

    Thank you for considering APEX for your purchases!

    Yea Iv got all those made, hanging up on my walls. Do you guys have barrels for those stg kits. I read a little into them and it will be very very very interesting to even find a receiver for them. No sense it buying paper weight kits if you guys understand my situation.

    The original barrels for the Swiss Stgw.57 rifles remain in Switzerland.
    There is an outfit in Texas that has been making the stamped steel receiver repair section.
    I think they also had barrels in 7.62X51 NATO.
    There is a builders thread over on the Weapons Guild (WG) forum.
    There is a lot of good info to be had on the WG concerning building any/all the part sets that APEX carries.

    What do you guys think the price for an original barrel for an Stgw.57 in NATO or Swiss would be? What do you think would be a fair price on a U.S made receiver? I'm thinking about if I should buy 1 kit or a couple. Why didn't you guys import the barrels also?

    Since 2005 it has been impossible to obtain import permits on "Machine Gun" barrels.
    New manufacture barrels can be imported.
    The Swiss Stgw.57 is not longer in service and no one overseas has tendered any new barrels.
