    if you want accuracy and can't afford a ar-15 --just get a savage bolt gun!--

    you could probably buy a savage for less than a decent smith would charge to tune up the mini--

    +1 on that j427x,,,Savage's rock,,somewhat crude in execution on some models,, but man do they shoot!!! I've got a cheap Axis 06 I got to haul around in the boat and on the 4 wheeler that cost 279 on sale, I think it was, and BOY does that thing shoot, it shoots SMOA groups all day long.

    To me the mini's are just a cheap copy of a real gun,,,M1's and M14's,, there my preference.

    I like and have both the AK47 and the Mini-14. Neither are target guns. But, for me, both will serve a useful purpose. And, I do not intend on giving them to the White House Moslem!
